Hi my name is Belinda Ahmed and I am a Real Estate Agent with Corcoran Icon
Properties in San Jose California. I have been in the business for 18 years. I have
lived in San Jose, CA for over 39 years. I know the San Jose Communities and
Surroundings Areas in the Bay. I got into the business to help people’s dreams
become a reality with home ownership. I helped people to make an inform
decision on all of the options that the Silicon Valley Real Estate Market has to
offer. In addition to negotiating best interests for my clients, my role is to
understand each of my clients’ unique needs and bringing the results that they
decide. The skills that I have acquired from my business background allow me to
prepare specific strategies that work for each client, whether working with sellers,
first time buyers, and investors. I care about my clients getting the most out of
everything.

I have a strong support team and a network of trusted professionals in the field of
home inspections, transaction coordinators, title companies, contractors’, land
scraping, mortgage loans, marketing, staging and home design. When I am not
with my clients I enjoy the company of my family, cooking home meals, watching
a movie, broad-way plays, concerts, and vacationing together.
I am on the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors DEI Committee (Diverse
Equity Inclusion). We are an advisory committee to the Santa Clara County
Association of Realtors Board of Directors focusing on diversity, equity and
inclusion issues pertaining to Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and the
community.
